I love Hide and if you're good. I think I played that a few times when I was babysitting little future-felons. I'd always be it, and it was amazing how bad I was at finding kids. But I never had any problem finding the ice cream.

Oh, I LOVE these games! They should hire you at Parents.com. But hm... What kind of cake would you serve at this kind of party...?

may my "friend" Geoff never read this blog or you're in for it. of course, I think the games sound just perfect for annoying children of all ages

Yeah - but the one in the 'buff' is a little disturbing...

Two thoughts:

~Hopefully the "cake" would be beefcake in the form of cabana boys.

~Damn, where were you when I was planning parties for my tow boys all those years ago?

BernThis,

LMAO! Cearly, he hid as a kid and was never found. Bitterness found him instead.

I'm using ALL these ideas in our next birthday party. My personal favorite: Mother, May I Refresh Your Cocktail. The winner is smart enough NOT to even ASK!

LOVE the octomom one. Is it me or does anyone else kind of picture Ursela the sea witch (the octopus thing).

Yes, you may! (refresh my cocktail, that is). I wish they had a few games like this at the kids parties I have to go to sometimes.

Seriously, don't knock "duck duck grey goose" until you've tried it.

The "Mother, May I Refresh Your Cocktail?" game doesn't sound half bad.

this reminds me of the time the boys and i played "bullfighter" with a red towel. They were really cute "bulls" with their little fingers at their ears, charging for the towel. Two days later when we were "asses" in the store we played "bullfighter" again... except that time we played in front of the kitchen counters.
