The Real Housewives of Hazzard County

Bobbi Jo

Billi Jo

Earlene Jo

Wanda Jo

Mrs. Hogg

(My list that was just on mcsweeneys. More of the Hazzard housewives later this week.)

Going to Blogher '09 in Chicago this July? I am because someone told me they're giving away free deep dish pizza and 8x10's of a semi-nude Ditka. But also because I'm doing a room with some of the funniest bloggers around--Jessica, Kelcey, Anna and Christy
--on the topic "Dying is Easy, Comedy is Hard". (The mysterious Marinka will also be there to make sure our wine glasses are always filled.) (On second thought, maybe we shouldn't put her in charge of the wine supply. That's like putting me in charge of the generic Benadryl.)

If you think you're going to be there--or even if you're not--please click here and tell them that you think it's the most fantastic idea you've ever heard of in your whole effin' life and you haven't been this excited since you heard REO Speedwagon was puttin' the band back together. Or something like that.
Thanks!

I will be there in July and both of us better drink more than what we did in Boston! Besides, it's my birthday weekend, so I'll be partying like I'm not 42.

I'm going over to tell them it's the best effing idea I've ever heard of in my life! Only because you told me to.
Although I do think it's the greatest idea I've ever heard of in my whole effing life.

Probably won't be able to go this year with all the "we're so poor" tedium...(damn recession). But I'll click on the link and send you some support! I love a group of funny people.

That's awesome. What a great panel! I would love to be in that room, but alas, such is the life of a pauper. I will keep my wine glass full in your honor.

Hey Guys--I knew her when, I knew her when. We, like, had dinner together and practically shared a room, except she had her own. Anyway, yeah, whatever.

Oh, and while you're at it, could you make it hurt any more that I can't make it. Stupid kid and his stupid first time at sleep away camp and the stupid, stupid visiting day stupid weekend. Stupid.
